Health policy research for advocacy:
Association proposes to conduct health policy research to influence the necessity of formulating appropriate national policies including legal system and national 'budgetary outlay'.
Rehabilitation of farming community & rural people:
The Association realizes the need for a detailed policy guidelines and framework for action for a comprehensive rehabilitation of farming community. Hence, it proposes to work towards this cause by its own and, if required, in coordination with the like minded national and international organizations.
Accreditation on Safety Standards for agricultural machines/equipment manufacturers
In the absence of any Agency or organizations, which test, monitor and certify the safety of agricultural equipment and instruments, the manufacturers have been following varied quality standards. In order to streamline this activity, worldwide, the Association proposes to undertake this task for the benefit of the agricultural community.
Documentation and dissemination
With the resources of networking available to the Association all the information that concerns agricultural and health workers can be shared and utilized for perusing the objectives. The Association is planning to initiate an 'electronic journal' for the benefit of the members.
